Cancer care
Our approach focuses on the patient’s overall wellbeing, while attending to their medical, physical and emotional needs at every stage of the cancer journey. In addition to providing care during chemotherapy and after surgery, our caregivers can also provide non-medical assistance such as companionship and occupational therapy. From help around the house to 24-hour nursing care, our services take away the stresses of transitioning from hospital to home.
Hospital Is Where You’re Treated.
Home Is Where You Heal.
Cancer treatment and recovery is a long and tiring process. As patients go to and from the hospital for treatment, having professional support can help to alleviate the stress that comes with these changes. Through our comprehensive range of home care services, patients can receive rehabilitation therapy, pain management assistance, and nutritional guidance to improve their quality of life. Check out how the level of care will evolve at different stages and how in-home cancer care fits into your treatment plan.*

Phase 2
Cancer Treatment
Your loved one may be about to have surgery, undergo chemotherapy, or radiation therapy at hospital. Cancer patients undergoing treatment often need to be hospitalised for a few days each time, making each visit extremely tiring. Whatever the event, our nursing staff can help manage any side effects or pain.

- Assistance with daily living (feeding, bathing, lifting)
- Monitoring of vital signs

Guide the patient to engage in simple exercises, physiotherapy and perform daily activities without putting strain on the body.
Phase 3
End of Treatment
It's now time to find a 'new normal' back home. Post-surgery and chemotherapy recovery is a learning curve for all involved. Your loved one will need to re-learn how to carry out day-to-day activities, and adjust to new needs. Our care team can design a recovery plan with families so that patients can receive appropriate medical attention at home, such as wound dressing and stoma care.
At this stage, you can count on us for:

Assist cancer patients with simple tasks and monitor lifestyle/eating habits. In addition, arrange light social activities to maintain mental health.
Monitor vital signs and tend to specific medical needs, such as wound care, stoma bag change/cleaning, and bedsore treatment.
Bedridden cancer patients will need to engage in exercise and stretching at home to alleviate pain and discomfort caused by chemotherapy or surgery.
Phase 4
End of Life
We understand this can be an emotionally difficult time. Many terminal patients and elderlies prefer to receive palliative care at home where they are surrounded by family and a familiar environment. When your loved one has accepted that further treatment will not be effective, the best gift you can give is physical comfort, so the patient experiences calm and peace in their final days.
At this stage, you can count on us for:
- Mental support
- Assistance with daily living (feeding, bathing, lifting)
- Monitoring of vital signs
- Customised end-of-life care plan
- Pain relief
- 24/7 palliative care
- Long-term care for bedridden patients
- Emotional support for families
Who can help:
Provide companionship to terminal cancer patients so that they can rest comfortably. Engage in stress reducing activities such as listening to music, reading and breathing exercises.
Provide palliative treatment, mental support, and deal with medical emergencies at home to keep pain to a minimum.
Provide pain relief with massage and other relaxation techniques. When possible, encourage elderlies to get out of bed or move around at home.
