Occupational therapy focuses on helping elderlies regain or maintain the skills necessary for daily living and meaningful activities through a combination of assessments and interventions.
Occupational therapy can be provided at home, heightening the level of comfort, hygiene, safety and sense of familiarity for your loved one. While rehabilitation facilities may be better equipped with therapeutic tools and machines, there are many treatments that do not require such specialised equipment, and can be done anywhere. In-home occupational therapy ensures the patient will get one-on-one attention and close supervision. It also enables your loved one to learn skills in the same place where they will use them.
The cost of physiotherapy will depend on the rank of care professional. Services are charged at an hourly rate and can include additional charges for night shifts. If you would like a personal quotation, please contact us for more pricing information.
