About the client:
Our client is primarily involved in the public sector, and in supporting the challenges with an
aging population, they are looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver care services to the
elderly and foster an environment where they can live with joy and pleasure.


Main Duties & Responsibility:

Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and handling the operation for the respective Day Care Centre, Home Care Support Services, or Residential Care Home. You will also help to ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services and maintain high service standards for the residents.

  • Provide effective staff supervision, including duty roster management, coordination of training activities, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure the integrity of drug and medical equipment stock while arranging allied healthcare professionals to meet the specific care needs of residents.
  • Participate in and supervise nursing routines and ensure the implementation of an individualized care plan.
  • Manage emergency calls and provide invaluable home care support services, demonstrating excellent communication skills in handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Flexibility is required as you will be expected to work shifts and be available for on-call duties. Long night shifts will be eligible for shift allowances.


Candidate Profile:

  • For candidates that are interested, it would be great if you have the following qualifications.
    Successful completion of the HKCEE with a minimum of five passes, including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, OR attainment of Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
  • Possession of a valid practicing certificate (RN) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong. Certification in Infection Control and Gerontology is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant working experience in residential elderly services, with a preference for at least three years in a management position.
