To speed up your certificate verification process, please ensure that your certificates meet the following requirements:

• Certificate clearly shows your name as written on your HKID
• Certificate must come from an Evercare-recognised institution
• Certificate must not be expired
• Certificate must be uploaded in one of the following file types: jpg/jpeg, png, pdf, gif, bmp
• Both colored and black & white images are accepted
• Certificate image must clearly show all details: 
• Scanned documents are preferred
• Do not obscure any part of the document
• Ensure an appropriate exposure
