  • What type of jobs are available?

    Our extensive client base enables us to provide a diverse range of job opportunities tailored to your preferences. Evercare offers one-on-one home care, recognized services under the Community Care Service Voucher, and positions with the Hospital Authority, private hospitals, residential care homes, clinics, schools and more.

  • How do I use the app?

  • How do I change my password?

    1. Tap the "Account" icon on the bottom navigation bar

    2. Select "Change Password"

    3. Enter your current password

    4. Set and confirm your new password

    5. Click "Change Password" to finish

  • How do I change the language?

    Completing your profile is a crucial part of Evercare's registration process,  your profile acts as your resume, and is the best tool for you to get hired. Clients will choose caregivers based on their experience, skills and qualifications, which will be displayed on your profile. Clients want to know about you, so the more complete your profile is, the more likely you will get hired.

  • How do I delete or reactivate my account?

    To Delete Your Account:

    1. Tap the "Account" icon on the bottom navigation bar

    2. Select "My profile"

    3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete account"

    4. If you confirm to delete the account, click "Continue to delete" at the next prompt


    To Reactivate Your Account:

    To reactivate your account, you will need to contact us via WhatsApp at 6595 8289

  • How are my private details kept securely?

    Protecting your personal information is really important to us, we implement security measures to host your data. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. 


    In the event of a data breach, we will notify you promptly and take immediate action to address the situation. 

  • Can I restrict the App from accessing my location?

    To accurately track your attendance, the clock-in and clock-out function requires location tracking to be enabled while using the app. This helps prevent discrepancies in payment. 


    We suggest to set "enable location services while using the app". To do this:


    On iPhone:

    1. Open your phone's Settings

    2. Go to "Privacy & Security"

    3. Select "Location Services"

    4. Tap "Evercare" and choose your location access option to "While using the app" or "Always"


    On Android:

    1. Open your pone's Settings

    2. Tap "Privacy" or "Location"

    3. Select "Location Permissions"

    4. Choose "Evercare" and adjust location access to "While using the app" or "Allow all the time"
