申請工作

  • 如何查看最新工作？

    1. 打開應用程式，點擊底部工具列的 「工作」 圖示

    2. 所有與你資歷相符的工作空缺均會顯示在工作頁面內

    3. 可使用頁面頂部的篩選功能，按工作類型、地點、時數及時間進行搜尋，篩選合適的職位

  • 如何申請工作？

    1. 點擊底部工具列的 「工作」 圖示

    2. 點選你感興趣的工作，查看詳情

    3. 確保你已預留足夠時間上班

    4. 點擊「申請」按鈕，選擇你的工作日期

    5. 點擊畫面底部的 「提交申請」

    6. 在彈出的確認頁面選擇 「是」 來確認你的申請

    7. 你會收到 「申請已接收」的通知，以確認你的申請已成功提交

    請注意，由於申請者眾多，申請工作並不必然會獲得確認。Evercare 會根據客戶要求審視所有申請

  • 我沒有護理經驗，仍然可以申請工作嗎？

    是的，即使你沒有經驗，你仍然可以申請工作。不少客戶樂意聘用熱愛學習及接受新挑戰的新入行護理人員。你可以在我的檔案內註明自己的專長、過往經驗及學歷，展現你的潛能

  • 如何提升申請工作成功率？

    提升工作機會小貼士：


    1. 申請更多更期：

    僱主一般喜愛能夠長期提供服務的護理人員，在同一份工作申請多個更期亦有助累積護理經驗，提升技能


    2. 守時可靠：

    準時上班，避免無故缺席、頻繁取消或遲到，以免影響日後獲派工作的機會


    3. 保持積極態度：

    以積極態度對待每份工作，Evercare會如實記錄客戶對你的評價，表現良好可增加獲派工作機會


    4. 提升競爭力：

    上傳護理證書、仔細填寫工作經驗及技能，讓僱主更清楚了解你的專長，增加被選中的機會


    5. 展示專業形象：

    使用專業的個人資料照片，並考慮穿著 Evercare 制服拍照，以提升整體形象

  • 如何判斷我的資歷是否符合工作要求？

    我們會根據我的檔案內的專業類別及護理經驗為你匹配合適的工作。應用程式內顯示的所有空缺，均可以申請

  • 為什麼工作頁面內沒有工作？

    如果你在應用程式內未見到任何工作空缺，可能是因為你的帳戶尚未通過驗證


    如已驗證，則可能是你的個人資料與現有職位要求不匹配。請更新個人資料，或定期查看應用程式，我們會持續新增不同種類的工作機會！

  • 如何得知我的申請已獲得確認？

    當更期確認後，你將會收到 Evercare 應用程式通知，並可在 「行程表」 頁面查看已確認的更期


    在已申請更期的日子，日期數字下方會顯示綠點。點擊該日期後，你可在畫面底部查看更期，並見到「已確認」 標籤顯示於右上角


    此外，你亦可點擊應用程式右上角的三條線圖示，切換至清單模式查看所有更期

  • 為什麼我的工作申請被拒絕？

    工作申請未獲通過有多種原因，包括：


    • 申請更期不足：如申請的更期數量較少，僱主可能會優先選擇能夠長期提供服務的護理人員
    • 更合適的申請者：其他申請者的技能、經驗或時間安排更切合僱主需要
    • 競爭激烈：部分職位申請人數眾多，即使你符合所有條件，仍有可能不被選中

    別因一次申請被拒而氣餒！繼續申請其他職位，提高獲聘機會！

  • 如何取消「申請中」的工作？

    取消更期步驟：

    1. 打開應用程式，點擊底部工具列「行程表」 圖示

    2. 點選你想取消的更期日期

    3. 點擊「申請中」的更期

    4. 在更期詳情頁面，點擊右上角的三點圖示

    5. 選擇 「取消更期」 按鈕

    6. 在彈出通知中，點擊 「是，取消」 以確認取消
