服務費發放

  • Evercare何時會發放服務費？

    我們會以銀行轉賬的方式發放上一個月的服務費，為避免延誤，請確保你的銀行資料正確無誤


    服務費會於每月的 10 號進行，如 10 號為週末或公共假期，則會於下一個工作日發放服務費

  • 如何查看服務費？

    完成工作後，點擊應用程式中的「錢包」按鈕，查看你的總收入及工作詳情。此頁面會顯示你本月已賺取的 總服務費，並按更期詳細列出收入。點擊詳情即可查看該更期內所提供服務的資料

  • 如何提供銀行帳戶資料？

    1. 打開應用程式，點擊右下角 「帳戶」 圖示

    2. 選擇 「我的檔案」

    3. 點擊 「銀行帳戶資料」

    4. 輸入所需資料

    5. 點擊 「加入銀行帳戶資料」

    6. 在彈出提示中點擊 「確認」 以完成設定

  • 如何更新銀行帳戶資料？

    1. 點擊底部右下角的 「帳戶」 圖示

    2. 選擇 「我的檔案」

    3. 點擊 「銀行帳戶資料」

    4. 點擊現有銀行資料旁的 「更改」

    5. 在彈出提示中選擇 「是的」

    6. 輸入所需資料

    7. 點擊 「加入銀行帳戶資料」

    8. 在彈出提示中選擇 「確認」 以完成設定

  • 如何提出工作費用報銷？

    所有報銷申請必須在更期結束後 48 小時內提交


    1. 打開應用程式，點擊底部工具列的 「錢包」 圖示

    2. 選擇對應的更期

    3. 在頁面底部，點擊 「申請其他服務費問題？」，然後選擇 「申請」

    4. 點擊 「報銷」

    5. 填寫報銷類別、金額，並上傳相關證明文件

    6. 點擊 「提交」


    你的申請狀態將顯示為 「待處理」

  • 遲到打卡及豁免缺席工作行政費申請需時多久審核？

    遲到打卡異義一般需時一個星期處理

    無故缺席豁免申請則需時一個月時間處理

  • 服務費金額不正確，可以怎樣做？

    如你的服務費金額有誤，請透過 WhatsApp 6595 8289 聯絡我們，並提供以下資訊以便跟進：


    • 工作日期
    • 工作地點（醫院工作請註明病房）
    • 工作時數
    • 實際收到的服務費金額

  • 為什麼工作完結後，錢包沒有顯示相關服務費？

    工作完成後，服務費可能稍後才會顯示。請耐心等待 1 至 2 天後再查看
