Payment FAQ

  • How and when do I get paid?

    Payments are made via direct bank transfer to the bank details you entered in the app. To avoid delays, ensure your bank details are correct.


    Payments are processed on the 10th of each month. If the 10th is a weekend or public holiday, expect payment on the next business day.

  • How do I check my service fee?

    After completing a job, click the “Wallet” button in the app to see your total earnings and shift breakdown. This page will show you the total service fee earned this month and the breakdown by shifts. Click on the details to view information about the service provided during that shift.

  • How do I input my bank details?

    1. Tap the "Account" icon on the bottom right corner

    2. Select "My profile"

    3. Select "Bank account"

    4. Input required fields

    5. Tap "Add bank account" 

    6. Click "Confirm" on the pop-up prompt to finish

  • How do I update my bank details?

    1. Tap the "Account" icon on the bottom right corner.

    2. Select "My profile"

    3. Select "Bank account"

    4. Click "change" next to your existing bank information

    5. Click "yes" on the pop-up prompt

    6. Input the required fields

    7. Tap "Add bank account"

    8. Click "Confirm" on the pop-up prompt to finish

  • How do I request a reimbursement?

    Reimbursements must be submitted within 48 hours of shift end time.


    1. Tap the "wallet" icon on the bottom navigation bar

    2. Click on the shift

    3. On the bottom of the page, would like to request other payment issues?, click "request" 

    4. Click "Reimbursement"

    5. Submit the type, amount and upload any supporting document

    6. Click submit


    Your request status will be shown as pending.

  • How long does it take to approve a contested clock-in and clock-out, and no-shows?

    Contested clock-in and out will be approved or declined in 1 week.

    No-shows will be confirmed or declined once a month.

  • My pay is wrong, what do I do?

    If your payment is incorrect, please WhatsApp us at 6595 8289. Provide the following information so we can assist you:


    • Work date
    • Work location (including ward for hospital jobs)
    • Work hours
    • Amount of payment
