  • What is the onboarding process and how long does it take?

    1. Complete your profile page: Ensure all required fields are filled out fully


    2. Upload your certificates: Attach any necessary certification documents as requested


    3. Verification:

    • Once all information is submitted, we will verify your profile
    • This verification process typically takes 3-5 working days
  • How do I check and update my profile?

    1. Tap the "Account" icon on the bottom navigation bar

    2. Select "My profile"

    3. Add new or update fields, after edit, click "Save"


    If you wish to view your public profile, in the "My profile" page click on the icon on the top right corner.

  • Why do you need all my certificates and HKID?

    We require your HKID and certificates to verify your identity and ensure that you meet the qualifications for the position. Your HKID helps us confirm who you are, while your certificates allow us to validate your skills and credentials relevant to the job. This process ensures a secure and reliable experience for both you and the client.

  • I can't upload my certificate what do I do?
