  • How do I get the HA Working Documents?

    Hospital Authority working documents will be delivered to you along with your uniform. 

    To ensure your documents are delivered on time, please ensure you have uploaded the most updated version of all the below documents:

    • Portrait photo (for your staff card）
    • Healthcare worker or nursing certificates
    • N95 mask fit test (applicable to some jobs only）

    Please upload your documents on your profile page

  • How do I get a N95 Fit Test?

    Fit test proof for 2 models of N95 mask are required: 3M & Nask, model 1860/ 1860s/ 1870.

  • How do I get a SCRC?

  • How do I get the Evercare staff card?

    To access Evercare's digital staff card:

    1. Open the app, click the Account icon on the bottom navigation menu

    2. Click the "staff card" button on the top right hand corner


    A white or yellow (applicable only for United Hospital nursing positions) physical staff ID will be prepared for you after the first shift is confirmed.
