  • How do I get the HA Working Documents?

    Hospital Authority working documents will be delivered to you along with your uniform. 

    To ensure your documents are delivered on time, please ensure you have uploaded the most updated version of all the below documents:

    • Portrait photo (for your staff card）
    • Healthcare worker or nursing certificates
    • N95 mask fit test (applicable to some jobs only）

  • How do I get a N95 Fit Test?

    A full Evercare uniform set costs HKD350.

    A Evercare t-shirt (for home care clients and some care home clients) costs HKD100.

  • Where can I buy an Evercare uniform?

    You can order your uniform at: https://your-evercare.myshopify.com/collections/all

    *Note: For uniform kits that include official staff card. please ensure your profile on our app includes a document-ready photo of you showing your full face (no mask).

  • I ordered a uniform but purchased the wrong size. What can I do?

    For hygiene reasons, uniform cannot be returned or exchanged once payment is made.

    Please pay attention to the size chart when selecting your size.

  • How long does delivery take?

    You should receive your uniform and the corresponding working documents (if any) within 7-10 working days upon purchase.

  • How do I refund my uniform?

    For hygiene reasons, uniforms cannot be returned or exchanged once payment is made.
